Payment for services must be made either in advance, during the meet and greet or key exchange, or left at the your house in a convenient location prior to your departure. Payments accepted in the form of cash or check. Due to a tight schedule I do not accept payments after services rendered.

In the event of medical circumstances or inclement weather, the cancellation fees will be furthered discussed at that time.

When do I give you my key?

During the initial meet and greet, you will be required to provide a set of keys. Upon completion of services, the keys will be returned to you within one week upon your return. If future services may be scheduled, I may ask to keep a permanent set of keys to help expedite the process.

Will I receive updates while I am away?

Yes, my standard procedure is to send daily updates through text message or email. If available, I also send pictures of your pets as well. Feel free to call/text/email with questions at any time as well.

What are your hours?

My service hours typically range from 7a.m. to 8p.m., seven days a week. Visit times may fluctuate depending on the daily schedule, travel time, or unexpected delays. Animals that require medication and indoor dogs without access to the outdoors will be given priority. During the initial meet and greet, we will discuss your preferred visit times and the pet's daily routine.

What if my pet becomes injured or sick while I am away?

Your pet's health and well being is the most essential part of my services. I have worked in the veterinary field for over 2 years and am aware of general signs of illness and injury. In the event of an emergency, I will contact you immediately and take your pet to the vet of your choice or REACH (the emergency clinic), if medical attention is required after hours. I will stay with your pet until all necessary action is taken and send you updates along the way. Please be aware that there may be additional fees for emergency veterinary visits.
